| | Works must: |
| | not exceed appr. 25min of running time (± 5'') |
| | Use video (equipment) for recoding and production (camera, videocamera, webcamera, mobilephone,..) |
| | Only 2 videos per author can be accepted by filling for each work its own entry form, sent together. |
| | Make sure your tapes and DVD's are working properly. |
| | Only production 2006 - 2007 - 2008 will be excepted. |
| | Entries must have ENGLISH subtitles. |
| | CD-ROM projects must be send as PC-versions. For screening purposes, we require a DVD or DviX or VHS (PAL) or MiniDV (PAL), which will be kept in our archives. |
| | Our submitted materials are not covered by insurance. The organisers assume no responsibility for possible damages to the entries. Rejected entries will not be return. Videos filmed by mobile phones only must be also sent on formats as required above. |
| | The organisers reserve the right to use all submitted videos in special programmes or screenings at partner-festivals for the purpose of promoting and representing the Electric Rats Dream Video Dreams Video Festival. As well as to use excerpts for public relations purposes |
